To access the IT Helpdesk, you will need to use your ADS credentials (Staff Number and Password). You can direct your query regarding Questionmark as follows:

  • Select New Call
  • Call Type - Select Type 'Services'
  • Category - Select Type 'Learning and Teaching' (Additional dropdown loaded)
  • Additional dropdown - Select Type 'Questionmark'
