To access the IT Helpdesk, you will need to use your ADS credentials (Staff Number and Password). You can direct your query regarding PRS as follows:
- Select New Call
- Call Type - Select Type 'Services'
- Category - Select Type 'Learning and Teaching' (Additional dropdown loaded)
- Additional dropdown - Select Type 'TurningPoint'
