Prevent accounts being required by Users

When you start the APP you may not see the presentations your instructor is using - even though you are entering the Session ID.

One likely cause is that you have set the wrong region upon the initial install of the APP. We cover that in this section 

As an instructor, you can turn off the necessity for students to log in to the system. You would use this when you want to make it easy for the students, and ignore issues with their regions etc.

 

First , if using PowerPoint (and the plugin) then adjust your Sessions options at the top in the ribbon bar. Click on the MOBILE responses option.

 

In here choose the session options

In here adjust the settings as below. This will prevent the user from being asked to log in.
