How do I access the service?

You must contact us at, or directly contact Michael Kelly on ext 6279, in order to reserve a timeslot. As only 2 webinars can run campus wide simultaneously due to license restrictions.

Can this be accessed from outside the University?

Yes the service is available outside the University, and is especially focused at liaising with external guest speakers.

Is there a cost?

No, information services maintain the service. There is no cost to book it.

Is it recorded?

All webinars have the option to be recorded.

Is it easy to use?

Yes the service is easy to use, however its recommended you attend the training. Check iTrent for more details.
