Pharmacy

The pharmaceutical industry in the UK has a greater impact on the UK economy than any other high-tech industry. Employing 73,000 people, of whom around 27,000 are directly involved in research and development (R&D), the pharmaceutical industry offers graduates a chance to play an important role in the development of new medicines with employment opportunities existing at all stages of the drug development process.

The MPharm degree is designed to help students become experts in medicines with the skills to work effectively with patients and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
