Title To explain and amend an act passed in the 14th and 15th years of the reign of Charles II, entitled, an act for taking away the court of wards and liveries, and tenures in capite, and by knights' service, and also an act passed in the 21st and 22nd years of his present majesty's reign, entitled, an act to allow persons professing the Popish religion to teach school in this kingdom, and for regulating the education of Papists, and also to repeal part of certain laws relative to the guardianship of their children.
