CYBER-AI HUB

The Cyber-AI Nexus: Pioneering AI and Cyber Security Synergies in Northern Ireland

The Cyber-AI Hub, hosted by CSIT, presents an exciting opportunity to develop exceptional research, skills and innovation across a range of cyber related themes and develop a talent pipeline of cyber security professionals with strong industry links. This new initiative, funded by the UK Government from the New Deal for Northern Ireland, will see a new Doctoral Training Programme, a hub for industry collaboration and skills development, bursaries for students to join Queen's MSc in Applied Cyber Security or Artificial Intelligence, as well as a report mapping the growth and development of the cyber industry in the region.

Cyber-AI Hub

A Cyber-AI technologies hub where companies and academia collaborate on the advancement and demonstration of ai and cyber security research, innovation and skill

 

 

Doctoral Training Programme

Training 15 PhD candidates over 3.5years, facilitating knowledge exchange between CSIT and industry.

 

 

NICYBER2025 Masters Bursaries

Equipping 40 individuals with advanced knowledge for the local cyber security industry through our MSc Applied Cyber Security or MSc Artificial Intelligence. 

NI Cyber Security Snapshot

The development of an Annual NI Cyber Security Snapshot, mapping the growth and development of the region’s cyber security industry through to 2025.
