Restoration is a multidisciplinary, meditative installation merging spoken word, music, visual art, soundscapes and videos designed to invite you to reconnect and rejuvenate yourself. It offers insight into the healing journey of a survivor of childhood sexual trauma and domestic abuse while inviting visitors to interact with a range of prompts for creative and contemplative practice.

Go on self-guided journeys onsite at SARC: Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Sound and Music.

Monday - Saturdays

Performance: Sonic Lab, October 30th, 19:00 - 20:30
Juanita will be doing a performance event which draws on many elements from the installation.

WIth references to childhood sexual trauma, domestic violence, PTSD etc the installation is suitable for adults (18+) only. Attendees are advised to manage their self-care needs and engage with the pieces and take breaks accordingly.
