The van accommodates small groups of artists and listeners on location. During the festival, the SARC Mobile will appear in surprise locations around Belfast inviting audiences to experience live and pre-recording sound monitoring of soundscapes in immersive formats. The activities are conceived by SARC Director, Professor Pedro Rebelo and members of the Sound Space Environment research group.

Join us in a participatory event where you will get a chance to experience state-of-the-art spatial field recording and monitoring techniques on location in the new SARC Mobile. We will pop up at various locations around Belfast. The activity is based on twenty minute slots on a given location with groups of four participants.
