Due to current restrictions relating to the COVID pandemic, we are unable to bring audiences our Seachanges concert scheduled for the 12th February. While we originally envisaged broadcasting a live stream of that concert programme, the severity of the current regulations has resulted in our players being unable to travel in order to perform together.

As an alternative, we are delighted to present this concert of solo works by the composers originally programmed for our Seachanges event. Each solo work will feature a different player from the ensemble.

Pentacle-II (2000 rev. 2013), Raymond Deane (1953), performed by Adrian Mantu (violoncello)

Espaces 2 (2018), Philippe Festou (1970), performed by Sarah Watts (clarinet)

Let's Dance (1996), Piers Hellawell (1956), performed by Alex Pectu (percussion)

where cobalt waves live (2017), Ann Cleare (1983), performed by Daniel Browell (piano)

Filament 1 (2014), John McLachlan (1964), performed by Aisling Agnew (flute)

Vigour, Rigour, Jigger (2008), Greg Caffrey (1964), performed by Joanne Quigley-McParland (viola)

Tickets

Free, with donations gratefully received

Ticket holders will receive a link via email to watch the concert broadcast on Friday 12th February

The concert stream will expire 48 hours after the broadcast begins. You can watch the concert at any time during this 48-hour window.
