The natural world beckons for our Under the Sky concert. The planet and world around us can be a source of inspiration for many musicians and composers and with ever-growing environmental concerns coming to light in increasingly disturbing ways, it feels very timely to highlight and reflect on this.

This is a truly international programme featuring Joan Tower, Judith Weir, Tansy Davies and Toru Takemitsu to name but a few. We have a live premiere performance from our Featured Composer which also includes Maebh Martin on viola alongside our Featured Young Artists: harpist Rosie Murphy and violinist Samuel Kane and we look forward to welcoming Jonathan Mann as guest conductor for the first time.
