SARC Director Pedro Rebelo and Frank Delaney presented the paper "SARC x 20: Strategies in Audiovisual Spatial Composition" at the Music and the Moving Image Conference at New York University.
The paper articulates strategies in spatial sound and image relationships developed in the creation of “SARC x 20”, an experimental five screen immersive audio-visual documentary. The work interrogates an archive containing twenty years of material from research conducted at SARC: Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Sound and Music.
