Hosted by the BIOFIN-EU project, and supported by UKRI NERC, this event aims to highlight and discuss the concerns of civil society with the current mechanisms, strategies and implications for financing nature restoration. This event is free to attend but early registration is recommended as places are limited.

The event will bring together civil society, policymakers and researchers to explore topics including:

  • Who should pay for nature restoration?
  • How do we value nature?
  • How do we mobilise investment?
  • What are the implications of private investment in restoration?

The full programme will be published once confirmed but Day 1 (18 March) will focus on Civil Society contributions and Day 2 (19 March) will focus on policy. Attendees are welcome to attend one or both days depending on their interests.
