Do you know your badger footprints from your hedgehog paws?  Would you ever eat an insect?  Do you know how to get the sequence of a piece of DNA? How could studying life on Earth help us discover life on other planets?

Researchers at the Queen’s University Belfast School of Biological Sciences explore all of these things and more to help understand how to protect the biodiversity of Earth, to produce safe and nutritious food sustainably, and to help fight against diseases.

Come and meet the research teams (and some of the creatures we work with!) at our Biological Sciences Showcase, and explore biology from molecules and microbes to communities and coastlines through interactive exhibits, talks, and more!
