Become More Resilient

This interactive workshop is designed specifically for PGR students to develop strategies for managing mental health, building resilience and confidence, and protecting themselves from online abuse.

Using real-world case studies, practical tools, and group-based role-play exercises, you'll build the confidence to respond professionally to criticism, safeguard your wellbeing, and maintain a healthy digital presence.

Perfect for students looking to confidently manage the personal and professional pressures of sharing their research publicly.
