This half day workshop is part of the PhD Employability Series, which is designed to help you take control of your professional development and equip you with the skills you need to be successful in your future career.

This workshop will explore the various components of an academic CV, considering layout, content and how to tailor it to make a good impression when applying for academic positions. We will also share hints and tips on how to write a cover letter that will set you apart when applying for academic jobs.

The lead facilitator will be Diane Masson, Postgraduate Employability and Careers Consultant at the Graduate School. Diane is a qualified Careers Consultant with over 20 years of relevant experience in Higher Education.
