Programme Director, CPM

Stephen is a Chartered engineer with over 30 years of industrial experience, much of this in the Middle East focusing on the management of environmental and social risks of large infrastructure projects: roads, water/wastewater, mining, oil & gas, industry and urban development. Formerly part of a World Bank team providing strategic advice to the Governments of some Gulf Corporation Countries.

Programme Director, BIMPM

Tara Brooks is a senior lecturer at Queen’s University Belfast with 25 years’ of construction industry experience. Returning to university as a mature student, she studied part-time for an MSc in Construction Project Management at Queen’s University Belfast, followed by completion of a part-time PhD. Her areas of research interest include BIM, emerging digital technology and construction quality management.

Director CPM Internship

Faris is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) with a decade of experience in construction management and BIM. He studied Civil Engineering and Project Management at DHIET and AUC in Egypt. He earned both his Master’s and PhD degrees at the University of Portsmouth, serving as a lecturer at both Portsmouth and Queen’s University, Belfast. His expertise centres on advanced construction technology, specializing in BIM, Blockchain, Generative Design, and the use of AI in Construction.
