Family nursing care kids 2

From 1 January 2024, the UK Government have introduced changes to the Immigration Rules for Students who wish to bring their dependants to the UK.

Students starting a course on or after 1 January 2024 will now only be permitted to have their dependants accompany them to the UK if:

  • They are studying a course that lasts at least 6 months and they are in receipt of sponsorship from a government; or
  • They are studying a full-time course that lasts at least 9 months and the course is a PhD or other doctorate, or a research-based higher degree.
