In this workshop you can find out your personality type using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). You will find out how MBTI works, the benefits of knowing your type and how it can help you communicate more effectively.

Meet the consultant, Joan Connolly
Joan Connolly is a Postgraduate Employability and Career Consultant at the Graduate School. Joan is a qualified Careers Adviser with over twenty years of relevant experience in Higher Education. She is also a qualified coach and Myers Briggs Practitioner Step I and II. In her role, Joan develops and implements employability programmes to enhance students' personal and professional development.
Prior to joining Queen’s, Joan worked in human resource management in the private sector, specialising in recruitment and selection. Joan is a member of the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Service (AGCAS), Association of Higher Education Careers Services (AHECS) and the Association for Coaching (AC).
