ABOUT THE PERSON
We are inviting professional services staff with expertise in the fields below to express their interest in joining QUB’s GIFT City Campus. While specific roles may require specialise knowledge and training, we are keen to have expressions of interest from experienced professionals who have 2+ years experience in similar roles.

We aim to create a world class student experience which will be supported by key professional services roles which will include:

Role |
Description |
|
Director of Campus Operations |
This will be a senior leadership role with the campus and work closely with the GIFT City Campus Dean. The role will be responsible for all operations, ensuring alignment between Belfast and GIFT City campus.

Careers and Work Placement Managers |
This role will work with students on campus to help provide guidance and support preparation for internship and placement opportunities
|
|
Student Support Manager |
This role will provide oversight to all student support services in our GIFT City campus to ensure that students provide appropriate support during their studies. Support will include signposting for academic support and wellbeing support ensuring alignment with best practice.

|
Student Support Officers |
Supporting the Student Support Manager, this role will ensure 1-2-1 support is given to students to ensure they are supported during their studies.
|
|
Librarian |
Ensure the effective delivery of the library services for the campus, and working with academic teams in GIFT and library services teams in Belfast.
|
|
IT Team Lead |
As the IT Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT support team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support services to customers. |
|
Information Services (IT) Support |
The Gift City IT Support Analyst will become an integral part of the Digital and Information Services (DIS), IT Service Desk IT team and under supervision will provide both proactive and responsive hardware and software support to staff and students. |
