The School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering recognises that menopause can have a significant impact on wellbeing and work. We are committed to providing a supportive, respectful, and inclusive environment where colleagues feel able to discuss their needs openly. We will make reasonable adjustments where appropriate, promote awareness and understanding, and ensure that staff experiencing menopause are treated with dignity and supported to continue to thrive in their roles.
