Completing A SWAT Application Form
At the moment the form must be fully completed before submitting, there is no facility to save work to complete at a later time. A downloadable MS Word version of the SWAT Application Form can be used to record responses and copied and pasted to the online form when completed can be obtained from here. The following fields must be completed before the form can be successfully submitted:-
- Person/People To Show As Idea Source
- Contact Email Address
Once submitted Northern Ireland Network staff will review your application and use the contact email address provided to email a response to your application. If successful a PDF of the SWAT will be added to the SWATÂ repository.
