Student Accommodation - Queen's Students Elms
Delegates have the option to reserve on-campus accommodation, this is located at Elms Village which is a short walk from the University campus. (Elms Village, 78 Malone Road, Belfast, BT9 5BW).
Elms booking will be available from the conference website. We have 200 rooms reserved for delegates. Costs are £68 + VAT per night

Guests can email or call our in-house reservations teams quoting ORAHS26 to book their own accommodation. A credit or debit card number with a valid expiry date will be required at the time of the booking.
Individual bookings will be subject to a 72-hour cancellation deadline.
The discounted rates are only available when booking directly through their office which is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Bookings can be made by phone or email.
No rooms will be held. We would encourage bookings as early as possible to ensure availability and best rate.
