In a group of up to four students, facilitated by a qualified careers advisor, you’ll answer competency-based questions that regularly occur in job interviews and get feedback on your responses.

Meet the consultant, Joan Connolly
Joan Connolly is a Postgraduate Employability and Career Consultant at the Graduate School. Joan is a qualified Careers Adviser with over twenty years of relevant experience in Higher Education. She is also a qualified coach and Myers Briggs Practitioner Step I and II. In her role, Joan develops and implements employability programmes to enhance students' personal and professional development.
Prior to joining Queen’s, Joan worked in human resource management in the private sector, specialising in recruitment and selection. Joan is a member of the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Service (AGCAS), Association of Higher Education Careers Services (AHECS) and the Association for Coaching (AC).
