Dr Clayton Ó Néill

School of Law

My work focuses on the in intersection between religion, medicine and the law, as well as medical law and ethics more generally. I am interested in the way in which human rights law and ethics connect in the particular context of healthcare. I am also interested in global health law, especially global health rights and global patient safety. I am interested in the concepts of vulnerability and capacity in healthcare and, dementia, in particular.
