I selected Queens as it is renowned for research and engineering. I knew I could live in a great city and obtain a world-class degree, with a prestigious Russel group university. I also went to open days with my family, at which I was interested and impressed.

Queens is one of the top Universities in the UK and their Mechanical and Aerospace department is renowned. It allowed me to study close to home while continuing my hockey career with the Irish Men’s Team and my home club Banbridge.
