QBS Business Breakfast Events
QBS Business Breakfast events are designed to bring together professionals, academics, thought-leaders and innovators; to discuss the challenges and opportunities we all face in today's business world. We present current research by one of our leading academics, and form a panel of experts to discuss the research in a real-world context. Business Breakfast events are open to any professionals and academics interested in the subject matter, and are free to attend.
Details of the next QBS Business Breakfast event will be posted soon.

The October Business Breakfast Insights event focused on restoring balance between people and performance. The session brought together business leaders and academic experts to explore how leadership is evolving in response to hybrid work models, intergenerational teams, and shifting employee expectations. Our panellists, led by Dr Juliet Hassard, explored how organisations are aligning performance with values, adapting HR strategies for multi-generational teams, and embedding wellbeing into leadership culture.

Our panellists covered a range of critical topics, including the ongoing uncertainty around global trade, the potential long term consequences of current US policies, the complexity of a international supply chain for manufacturing, and impact for international business.
