The MBA Mentoring programme at Queen's Business School connects esteemed alumni of QBS to current Queen's MBA students to shape the next generation of leaders in Northern Ireland and beyond.

Expectations
- Each mentoring relationship lasts for 12 weeks - between March and May 2026.
- MBA mentors are matched with current MBA students by our team.
- Each partnership meets at least five times throughout the programme, either virtually or in-person.
- Participants adhere to expected roles and responsibilities, as outlined in the MBA Mentoring handbook.
- Each partnership uses shared materials to set clear goals, guide actions, and track progress.
Timeline
- Applications open for MBA mentors: Wednesday 7 January 2026
- Applications close: Friday 6 February 2026
- Match confirmation sent: By Tuesday 24 February 2026
- Welcome event: Wednesday 4 March 2026
- Mentoring period: Between March and May 2026
- Celebration event: Wednesday 27 May 2026
