This special mini-series of Word Warriors will bring together crafts, poetry, scripts and storytelling inspired by the spooky season.

These workshops are designed for 8 to 11 year-olds, and are free to attend in The Seamus Heaney Centre at Queen's University Belfast (38-40 University Road, BT7 1NJ).
These lively, collaborative and interactive sessions will last 2 hours, with a 10 minute break for a drink and a snack. During workshop time, participants will work in a group and as individuals to imagine new poems, stories and scripts. The workshops are suitable for all abilities and are designed to grow a creative writing spark, and encourage writing for fun.
Places are limited for these free activities and allocated in the order that registrations arrive.
