PISP Staff participate in The Big EU Debate #EUandme

15 April, 2016

Dr Elodie Fabre and Dr Cillian McBride took part in The Gown newspaper's Brexit debate

A fabulous night of debate was had at The Gown's ‪#‎euandme‬ event in the Medical Biology Centre on 14 April.

The upcoming EU Referendum was debated from all angles with the help of experts from a range of different academic fields & perspectives. With less than 100 days to go until the important vote, this event aimed to help attendees understand how the outcome of the vote will affect finance, education, travel, tourism, living costs, and employment.

PISP's Cillian McBride and Elodie Fabre were joined on the panel by Dr. Chris Colvin, Prof. Deirdre Heenan, Lee Reynolds, Glyn Roberts. The debat was chaired by Conor Houston and PISP alumnus, Fergal McFerran was guest speaker.
