Multi-sectoral Approaches to Innovative Skills Training For Renewable Energy and Social Acceptance

PLN # 0014 # Ellis - MISTRAL - 001
PROJECT OVERVIEW

MISTRAL (Multi-sectoral approaches to Innovative Skills Training for Renewable energy & sociAL acceptance) is an Innovative Training Network, funded under the EU’s MSCA Programme, with the aim of training a new generation of researchers who can evaluate the complexity of social acceptance issues facing the deployment of renewable energy infrastructure.

Eight European universities are working with other partners from Government, business and NGOs to support 15 Early Stage Researchers (ESRs) working on a variety of multidisciplinary projects exploring social aspects of energy transition. MISTRAL provides a world-class training environment, a programme of diverse secondment experiences and other opportunities in high level skills development to create a world class research environment.
