Aine Black, Materials Research Technician at the School of Natural and Built Environment, has been awarded the Poster Prize at the Cement and Concrete Conference at the Institute of Concrete Technology held in Trinity College Dublin. 

Aine has been working with Cemcor Ltd to assess the replacement of cement with calcined clay which is used to produce low-carbon cement.
