Fees and Scholarships

Tuition Fees – 2025/26

 £20,800 per year

 Actual Tuition Fee with Scholarship and Early Confirmation Award Applied (see details below)

  • £17,300 (with £2,500 scholarship)
  • £15,800 (with £3,500 scholarship + £1,500 Early Confirmation Award)

Tuition fee rates are calculated based on a student’s tuition fee status and generally increase annually by inflation. How tuition fees are determined is set out in the Student Finance Framework.


Scholarships – 2024/25 Entry

International Office Undergraduate Scholarship - £3,500

All new International students beginning full-time undergraduate study in Queen’s University Belfast in September 2025 who meet the conditions of their academic offer will receive an International Office Undergraduate Scholarship (fee discount of £3500 for Law). No application is necessary.

Early Confirmation Award – Further Discount of £1,500

Students may also avail of a further £1,500 fee reduction if they have both met the conditions of their offer and paid their fees in full (total tuition fees less any International Office awards including the Early Confirmation Award) by 31st August 2025.

Additional Brickfields Asia College Scholarships

For Brickfields students Queen’s University Law School also offers the following scholarships for applicants entering in the year 2024/2025:

  • The Queen’s University Brickfields Exceptional Student Scholarship (£1,500) for the entrant with the highest average in their Brickfield’s examinations. This is open to students on the Advanced Standing Year 2 and 3 programmes.
  • The Queen’s University Travel Scholarship is open to students admitted to the Advanced Standing Year 2 programme. This award will cover the costs of an economy return flight between Malaysia and Belfast once a year. This scholarship is awarded on a merit basis.
