Fees and Scholarships

Tuition Fees – 2023/24

 £18,800 per year

Actual Tuition Fee with Scholarship and Early Confirmation Award Applied (see details below)

  • £16,300 (with £2500 scholarship)
  • £14,800 (with £2500 scholarship + £1,500 Early Confirmation Award)

Tuition fee rates are calculated based on a student’s tuition fee status and generally increase annually by inflation. How tuition fees are determined is set out in the Student Finance Framework.

Scholarships – 2023/24 Entry

International Office Undergraduate Scholarship - £2,500

All new International students beginning full-time undergraduate study in Queen’s University Belfast in September 2023 who meet the conditions of their academic offer will receive an International Office Undergraduate Scholarship (fee discount of £2500 for Law). No application is necessary.

Early Confirmation Award – Further Discount of £1,500

Students may also avail of a further £1,500 fee reduction if they have both met the conditions of their offer and paid their fees in full (total tuition fees less any International Office awards including the Early Confirmation Award)  by 30 June 2023.   Any applicants who have their offer uprated after the 30 June deadline may also benefit from the discount as long as their payment is made within 5 days* of their offer status changing and no later than 18 August 2023.

*This is to prevent delays in CAS issuance during the peak period.

Details on fee payment options are given here.

The combined value of the above two scholarships equates to a fee discount of £4,000. For further information see: https://www.qub.ac.uk/International/International-students/International-scholarships/international-scholarships/terms-and-conditions/international-office-undergraduate-scholarship-terms-and-conditions/
