Caterpillar Engineering Summer School
The Schools of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science will be jointly hosting the 2015 Caterpillar Engineering Summer School from 17th to 20th August 2015, open to students in Year 13 who are hoping to pursue a career in the Engineering Sector.
The Summer School will give applicants the opportunity to:
1. Find out more about Electrical and Electronic and Mechanical Engineering.
2. Discover what studying at Queen's University Belfast would be like while working on real engineering challenge projects.
3. Explore the range of career opportunities on offer, with field trips to our partner Caterpillar.
Eligible students should be studying A-Level Mathematics and at least one from A-Level Physics (preferred), Biology, Chemistry, Technology and Design, Electronics, Further Mathematics or Double Award Applied Science (or equivalent level qualifications).
Please note the summer school is not a residential programme.
