#QUBeWell University Wellbeing Week 2023
Staff and students are invited to sign up for a selection of events for this year's #QUBeWell University Wellbeing Week.
This year's national University Mental Health Day will take place on Thursday 9 March 2023. Inspired by its theme, "Never feel alone with your mental health", #QUBeWell is a full week of events taking place from Thursday 2 March to Thursday 9 March, and there is something for everyone.
