Yes!  We have a group of co-investigators who form our Study Management Group (SMG).  While Professor Woodside, Professor Pallan and Dr Murphy oversee the day to day running of the study, the SMG assist us by providing their experience and expertise.   We meet as a group 3 times per year to discuss progress and gain their input.  They are:

Dr Angus Holford - University of Essex

Dr Charlotte Evans

Professor Chris Cardwell - Queen's University Belfast

Professor Maria Bryant - University  of York

Dr Hannah Ensaff - University of Leeds

Dr Stephanie Chambers - University  of Glasgow

Dr Stephen Reid  - Larne High School

Professor Michelle McKinley - Queen's University Belfast

Professor Peymane Adab - University of Birmingham

Dr Suzanne Spence - Newcastle University

We also have a Study Steering Committee (SSC).  The members of this committee are ranging in expertise and include independent researchers and at least one public member.   The role of the SSC is to provide overall supervision for the study on behalf of the study's Sponsor (Queen’s University Belfast) and Funder (National Institute for Health Research) and to ensure that it is conducted to the rigorous standards set out in the UK Policy Framework for Health and Social Care and the Guidelines for Good Clinical Practice.  The SSC meet at least once per year.
