Congrats Dr Molly Crowe!
Dr Molly Crowe, a staple of QML Portaferry and local RNLI volunteer, graduates today with a PhD from the School of Natural and Built Environment after 4 years of research. Through a NERC QUADRAT studentship, Molly studied phycology with a focus on the detrital pathways of Atlantic kelp species and helped develop new methods for detecting kelp DNA in seabed sediments.
We hope to continue working with Molly at QML for many more years to come and congratulate them on a momentous achievement!
