Dr Rebecca Craig

Focus 


Dr Craig is extensively involved in teaching throughout the MPharm and BSc Pharmaceutical Sciences degree programmes, with a focus on medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, and microbiology.  In addition, Dr Craig supervises distance learning students completing dissertations in clinical pharmacy.

Awards and Impact


In 2012, Rebecca was appointed as a research fellow, working on an industry-funded project in the development of novel anti-infective medical devices, and an impact acceleration grant in the commercialisation of a novel high-level disinfectant with rapid spore eradicating activity.  

Rebecca was appointed to the position of Lecturer (Education) in August 2015, and is involved with delivery of pharmaceutical analysis, pharmacology, and clinical therapeutics on the MPharm and BSc degrees.  Rebecca is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and the SWAN co- champion for the School of Pharmacy.
