Meeting every month, the remit of the AEL SWAN Self-Assessment Team (SAT) is to:

• contribute to the School's Athena SWAN Award submissions
• develop and deliver the School SWAN Action Plan
• promote gender equality and best practice
• generate ideas to ensure equality and diversity in the School
• promote and educate staff and students on the Athena SWAN agenda
