SAT Profiles
Meeting every month, the remit of the AEL Swan Self-Assessment Team (SAT) is to:
- contribute to the School's Athena Swan Award submissions
- develop and deliver the School Swan Action Plan
- promote gender equality and best practice
- generate ideas to ensure equality and diversity in the School
- promote and educate staff and students on the Athena Swan agenda
