Abortion in Ireland: The Language of the Campaign for Reproductive Rights
The new Bloomsbury monograph Abortion in Ireland: The Language of the Campaign for Reproductive Rights was launched on Tuesday 14th April in the Graduate School.
Written by Dr Simon Statham (QUB) and Dr Helen Ringrow (University of Portsmouth), the book is an interdisciplinary examination of the strategies of the campaigns to legalise abortion in Ireland since 1983 to the present.
The event was generously funded by the English CDRG and the Centre for Research in Linguistics.
