Visa requirements/Informations sur les visas

All attendees must ensure that they have obtained any visa that may be required to visit the UK before travelling. Information on visa requirements can be found at http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/

Further information is available from your local British Embassy or Consulate.

It is strongly recommended that those attending conferences travel to a UK port of entry.  UK airports in Northern Ireland are; Belfast International, George Best Belfast City Airport and City of Derry Airport.  Travelling to Republic of Ireland ports (airports include: Dublin, Cork, Shannon, Knock, Galway) may require an additional visa for Ireland.  Details on visa requirements for Ireland can be found at the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service website; http://www.inis.gov.ie/

There are no immigration controls within the Common Travel Area (UK and Ireland) so those travelling to the Republic of Ireland before travelling to Northern Ireland and the UK should check requirements before travelling.
