She will describe and explain how arts and cultural organisations work with crowdfunding and digital patronage through the case of the Formation and Transformation Orchestra (OVO) symphonic orchestra located in Belo Horizonte (Brazil) whose mission is to give young undergraduate classical musicians the opportunity to perform together as a part of an orchestra in a professional setting. OVO is a non-profit association, manage to cover their fixed costs of operating through monthly subscription income gathered through the Évoe platform.
