The award was jointly established in 2016 by Hard Rain SoloistEnsemble and the Peter Rosser Foundation in memory of our esteemed colleague and friend. The award is supported by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland; the PRS Foundation supported by PPL; the Contemporary Music Centre, Ireland; Cormac O’Kane, Red Box Recording Studio, Belfast; and through the generous donations made in Peter’s memory by friends and colleagues.
