We have developed the table below to guide you in assessing each of the categories within the COMFORT O score.

Please ask yourself the question in the right side of the table when deciding what score (1-5) your patient should be given in each of the catgeories.

The subsections of the score are quite descriptive & easy to interpret, should you need further clarification please contact the Implementation Manager to obtain video footage for each subsection of the score.
