Performance Indicators

The N. Ireland Cancer Registry provides data quality indicators (performance indicators, PI) to the United Kingdom & Ireland Association of Cancer Registries (UKIACR) annually on timeliness, quality and completeness of data.

Previous performance indicators for all UKIACR regions are available via the links in the table below. There is a two year delay between year of diagnosis to year of reporting i.e. tumours diagnosed in 2015 will be reported on in 2017. For each year there are downloadable data spreadsheets containing all data collected by each region and also includes an executive summary comparing the main indicators for all regions. A downloadable PDF report of commentaries from each region is also available.
