Turn scraps into something special!

Join Geoff Baird, Development Chef from Henderson Foodservice, for an interactive Sustainability Food Waste Demonstration where you'll discover how to integrate food "waste" into your everyday cooking. Learn practical tips for repurposing surplus ingredients, transforming leftovers, and using often-overlooked food parts to create delicious, nutritious meals.

Watch live demonstrations, sample creative dishes made from repurposed ingredients, and take part in a fun, hands-on food waste activity that will change the way you think about your kitchen.

Come curious - leave inspired to waste less and cook more creatively.

Please register here for the interactive food demo.
