How to apply for a Nursing or Midwifery Transcript.

If you commenced Nurse/Midwifery training at QUB post September 1997 you can order a transcript online at the cost of £40.00. We would advise that your transcript can take up to 40 working days to process. Please note we do not email transcripts directly. This is to protect the integrity of our transcripts and prevent digital tampering. Your transcript will be emailed to your verified third party/institution (e.g. a Nursing & Midwifery Board from another country, a university or company you may be applying to for work/study). Please note that transcript requests may not be fulfilled if a significant amount of time has passed since the student's attendance. We will make every effort to locate and verify historical records; however, fulfillment is not guaranteed in such cases. If we are unable to provide a transcript, you will receive a full refund.
