Dr Heather Barry

School of Pharmacy

Dr. Barry is a qualified pharmacist and health services researcher. She is Lecturer in Pharmacy Practice in the School of Pharmacy, Queen’s University Belfast. Her research interests relate to service delivery and organisation of care within the primary healthcare setting, rational prescribing and medicines management for older people particularly those with dementia, frailty and multimorbidity, and pharmacist integration into general practice and their contribution to the multidisciplinary healthcare team. She has broad research experience utilising both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
